More swimming

The twins sat on the side while Tytan and I swam in the hot tub. We plugged our noses and did somersaults in the water and Tytan jumped all over me. Now that he is 3, he can take swim lessons on his own. We are all scheduled for August. Hopefully he will listen to the teacher.

Life is getting easier!

The boys can hold their own bottles. Things are getting so much easier. Now if only they could sit up.

Rice Cereal!

The boys are ready for cereal in their high chairs.
This is how much Madox liked the rice cereal.
And Jaxon just wanted to grab the cereal out of the bowl by himself.
Tytan ate a popsicle while they boys ate cereal.

Boat ride

We took a boat ride on the Columbia River with Grandma & Grandpa Hahn and their friends Dan & Nancy Richardson.

The twins are going to give Tytan a run for his money when they get bigger. Jaxon is biting his head and Madox is biting him from behind. It has already begun...

4th of July

We started off the day with a pancake breakfast and then watched the firework show just outside of Esther Short park in Vancouver.

Tytan wanted to climb the trees behind us more than watch the fireworks.

Carousel

We rode the Jantzen Beach Carousel with Grandpa. Tytan got to go twice and Grandpa helped the babies.

Tytan caught a frog!

We found a frog hopping around Grandpa's hot tub, so we got out the bug catcher and trapped him. After being shaken by Tytan, we decided the frog deserved freedom and we let him go on the grass.
Tytan tried to catch him again, but the frog jumped under Grandpa's deck.
So sad!

Thumb suckers

Jaxon likes to suck his thumb and pull his hair.Madox likes to suck his thumb while sleeping too.
I wish they would just take their pacifiers, but they have discovered their fingers instead. Oh well, it makes for cute baby pictures.

I was really surprised how well the boys can play in their saucers. They sit up tall, reach for the toys and Madox can even turn himself around in a circle.
